Bishop Rondos, as he is commonly known, is a seasoned Commercial Administrator with vast experience in Organisational Design Concepts. He worked in different business departments which makes it possible through his experience to align and integrate different processes. He worked for then, Ciba-Geigy (PTY) LTD, a multinational company, where he rose to management position pre-1994.
He worked for key parastatals and big cooperates which includes South African Breweries and Telkom. He was involved aggressively in the BEE initiatives when they started and was influential in a number of policy formations. In this area, he was involved as well in the customer care and service and developed a number of Influential programmes.
He has been involved in the training, recruiting and placement space at strategic level and operational and has created a huge network in this area. As a Bishop of a church, he has a broad network of contacts in all provinces. He has an exceptional reputation with TVET Colleges, Universities of Technology as well as private colleges.
He is strategic in approach and will always tailor a solution that will suit the presented need at the time. He applies a “hands on approach” to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved.
